Hi I'm Chloe!

I have many strings to my bow, as the saying goes, but the thread that runs through them all is a desire and passion to help and support women in overcoming anxiety, fear and overwhelm to create a life of meaning, freedom and joy.

I work with women through pregnancy, motherhood and beyond (although of course, not all of my clients are mothers). I aim for women to feel empowered throughout their pregnancy, fostering a profound trust in themselves and their bodies because I believe every woman is entitled to a positive birth experience.

I believe every woman deserves to feel good and positive about themselves, to love themselves unconditionally and to believe in themselves fully. I support them in becoming the woman they were always born to be, but who got lost beneath the layers and expectations of living in a society that was not set up to support us and our cyclical nature.

I am incredibly passionate about bringing my teachings to life for my clients, holding them unconditionally and giving them the space they need to fully step into, embody and live their authentic truth.

Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy Yoga is suitable from 12 weeks pregnant right up until you birth your baby. Weekly sessions will flow through gentle postures to balance the body (asanas), breathwork and breathing techniques to use during labour and birth (pranayama), meditation and relaxation to help you to relax, connect to and tune into your body and your baby (savasana).

Supporting you throughout pregnancy and helping prepare your body and mind for your labour and birth, classes will help you build strength, stamina and stability in the body and will allow you to tune into your own body and intuitively know what feels good and right for you - an invaluable skill for labour and birth.

Local classes take place at Ministry of Yoga in Crewe, Cheshire.

Hypnobirthing & Birth Preparation

My Hypnobirthing & Birth Preparation Course is a complete and comprehensive antenatal course for you and your birth partner.

It will teach you all about birth, how your body works during birth and what to expect at each stage. It will teach you all about the mind body connection and how it can impact birth.

It will give you a variety of breathing techniques to bring your body and mind into a relaxed state so you can trust the process of birth and build trust your body to birth you baby. And, will give you tools and techniques to help you release fear any around birth, as well as create a positive approach to birth so you feel prepared and dare I say it - even excited about what's to come!

Plus, it will also give your birth partner tools and techniques including massage and relaxation techniques to support you so they can be more involved and feel more like part of the process.

At the moment my Birth Becomes You Course runs on a one to one basis in person or via Zoom. It is coming as an online self-paced course very soon! Watch this space.
